Gulliver Timber Treatments is a small family run business with fully trained and certified staff.
We operate throughout London and the Home Counties and much further afield for our regular clients.
All our Surveyors are qualified to CSRT and CSSW standard.
GTT are long standing members of the Property Care Association (formerly BWPDA) and are Trust Mark Registered (which is a Government Endorsed Standards Scheme). We are also founder members of the Guarantee Protection Insurance Ltd. For a one-off fee, GPI provide an insured Back-up Guarantee to safeguard members' own Guarantees in the unlikely event of their going out of business.
A twenty-year guarantee is issued by Gulliver Timber Treatments following remedial timber treatment and chemical damp-proofing works.
We undertake many large contracts for Local Authorities, Building Societies, Surveyors, Architects and Builders as well as giving personal, individual service to private clients.
GTT offer a reliable and honest service in rehabilitation and grant work and, more generally, in house purchase. We can also help with your Structural Waterproofing and Resin Repair problems.
When problems are uncovered it can be a very worrying time for our clients. However, our friendly office staff are trained to take the stress out of the 'fear of the unknown' and will give honest advice freely.
