PLEASE NOTE: In order to avoid unnecessary costs, we advise clients to check that all Attendance Work recommended in our original report has been carried out prior to any reinspection taking place.

Please check that plastering was carried out by GTT following damp-proofing works. Plastering works can only be covered under the guarantee if it has been undertaken by this company.

Our long-term guarantee to cover damp-proofing treatments DOES NOT extend to areas below ground level.

If necessary, copies of original reports, estimates and sketch plans may be obtained from our Otford branch on request and receipt of £40.00 + VAT (£47.00).

Reinspection fees are charged at the following rates. We will contact you to arrange payment upon recieving your application.

Damp-proof course only survey: £75.00 + VAT

Timber Treatment or Timber Treatment and Damp-proof course survey: £95.00 + VAT
